What i like about this company was not this company but the campus of this company and i have nothing to write what is good in this company, they just celebrate festivals may be that is the only good thing apart from campus.

Working here was my biggest mistake as they all are involved if you will complaint about anything they will throw you out of the company anyhow. HR , managers and there are alot of colleagues they gave preference to. They don’t respect women, they just show off everything, A guy named sidhant ( working in guam team and managers arbab) they abused a girl alot there with other 15-20 boys but instead of taking any action against the boys and the team whole organization took there side. This is the worst organisation they will ruin your mental health, they dont want workers but puppets , all managers spread rumours about girls and entertain each other with this , one girl was admitted in hospital because of them as they played with her alot ( HR manager - Sushil , Rohit verma , tanaya chraborthy , arbab , mayank dhasmana , shika - trainer dhruv , sidhaant the the illiterate guy , and alot of names i dont remember are involved and may be some of them have left the company , admin team pass comments in front if everyone , managers ask for marriage as they are already married , ( WORST COMPANY EVER), Everything is fake, i wish i can use some words here for them....Read More

Work life balance, no work pressure and the data management is world class. Never seen a organization with this kind of data management in RCM sector.

Dislikes

The new leadership is totally biased and they take decision within their circle. The growth options are too low and you can be promoted only when you have good contacts with the management or you are a good performer in all the fields. They prefer licking above the talent, their are multiple instances when decisions are taken by management only based on rumors. They even hired a user who directly report to Senior leadership as he always transfer all the information to the them and he even do not do any work and get paid for nothing. It used to be a very good organization however now it is not the same organization where i like to work and always ready to give more than 200% of mine self. I feel very sad to see the current condition of the organization. They are not ready for the change and always follow the same approach and even question you if you come with other ideas. They need to realize it ASAP to save themelves....Read More
