It is a sinking ship. No confidence in the management. Smart people realised this before hand and started leaving. It is now time for the management to control the damage and atleast recognize the existing employees. If you don't, there is always a competitor who would.

Good work culture, Balanced work life, Opportunity to develop the skills, Various benefits like hike, Stocks, Bonus and Reimbursements etc. Apart from work we have celebrations for festivals, Family day and kids day and team outing. Wellness holidays introduced during corona period and continuing still where employee gets 5 days continuous holidays apart from regular list of holidays.

A great Boss, flexible work culture and holistic approach to exchange ideas. Wellness holidays initiative started in COVID time (Still continued today) is one of the most impactful decision in recent times.
