Several holiday weekends are extended across our major geographic locations with an additional wellness day, enabling more time for employees to rest and recharge. July 4th Week Off: During the first full week of the third quarter, the majority of our global employees will be able to take a focused week off work and get the benefit of a collective "pause" without concerns about missing emails or meetings while out of the office.

Employee Assitance Program will offer free and confidential services to employees and their families. EAP will help with a variety of issues such as managing stress at home or workplace, bereavement, parenting, and relationship.
