Industry standard salary, good work life balance and supportive peers. The organisation as a whole is good, but the leaders at TA department - terrible!

Dislikes

Managers! They don't have a stand of their own. Everyone is trying to take advantage of each other's situation. A few ex leaders created problem within their team! For them work ethics - 0, office politics - 100. Promotions and appraisal are not dependent on the work but how you bootlick the manager! If you have stand of your own - say goodbye to your job.

Job security is very less in the name of pip they will just fire the employee even with only 1 year of experience and the people who was older there they just fire the freshers in the name of pip. how any one can judge the performance on the basis of two or three quarter and also this is mainly due to that older people who was there from long time
