Job Purpose:
As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training
programs that empower our sales force to meet and exceed their targets in the life insurance
domain. Your goal is to enhance the sales team's product knowledge, selling techniques, and
overall performance to achieve the organization's goals and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery:

and effectively.
• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
