Job Purpose:

As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality training

programs that empower our sales force to meet and exceed their targets in the life insurance

domain. Your goal is to enhance the sales team's product knowledge, selling techniques, and

overall performance to achieve the organization's goals and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Delivery:

• Conduct regular training sessions for new hires and existing sales agents on product knowledge, sales processes, objection handling, and effective communication strategies.

2. Training Materials Development:

• Develop and maintain training content, including presentations, handouts, and elearning modules tailored to life insurance sales.

3. Onboarding and Continuous Development:

• Onboard new sales representatives by providing initial training on products, sales

techniques, and CRM tools.

4. Sales Performance Monitoring:

• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to track the performance of trained agents and

provide feedback for improvement.

5. Coaching and Mentorship:

• Offer one-on-one coaching to sales agents to improve their sales performance and

develop skills in areas like closing, prospecting, and negotiation.

6. Feedback & Reporting:

• Collect feedback from trainees to improve training programs and offer

suggestions for improvement to the leadership team.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-5 years of experience in insurance sales, with at least 1 year in a training

or coaching role.

• Knowledge: Strong knowledge of life insurance products, underwriting, and regulatory

requirements.

• Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to communicate complex information clearly

and effectively.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
