Spreading toxicity since 2011. 0 likes. Avoid at any cost if you get offer from this lala company. Yes man culture. Favoritism for bengalis as the one of the founder is himself bengali. Lots of negativity & toxicity. Chugalkhori all around. No growth.

One of the worst companies I have ever worked for in my professional career. The environment is toxic, and the founders are unpredictable. Despite presenting themselves as a technology company, their main business is broking. The heads of departments are inefficient and the company culture is full of flattery and negativity. They hire without actual need and then fire employees indiscriminately. Employees at Zopper live in constant fear of losing their jobs. They raise funds only to burn through the cash and then start firing employees. Even those who have been with the company for 8 years are not safe from termination. Nothing. It’s a scam run by 2 lalas. They have made their old trustworthy employees go in an instant. Appraisal letters have been given in phases to some people and others are being sent here and there and eventually getting fired.

1. Work really hard for a year and you’ll still get no hike and get fired if the lalas and the chamchas don’t like you. 2. Everyone is always raising fingers on each other and the 2 lalas fire anyone they want anytime. Zero job security. 3. Managers are irresponsible and do politics 4. This year, they have done malpractice by changing people’s ratings on back end just to fire some of them. 5. You can get fired for N number of silly reasons ranging from : asking questions in a CXO town hall to someone spreading false rumours about your work....Read More

Everything, the management is just clowns sitting . People with mere 3-4 years of experience will be your Tech leads with zero knowledge and giving solutions which will be of no use. They will ask you to put extra efforts each day . Your timmings will be 10 am to 1 or 2 am . Technically you will be living or deing at the same place yet one day they will come and layoff half of your friends saying restructuring is required.I was the guy who ignored the reviews and joined this company which was my worst mistake.
