Entrata India, despite being a well-funded organization, has serious issues that make it a challenging place to work. Concerns with Management and HR Practices The management and HR team seem to lack a structured approach when dealing with employees. There have been instances where employees feel pressured to resign without clear justification. This creates a sense of insecurity among the workforce and fosters an unhealthy work environment. Frequent Leadership Changes One of the biggest challenges is the constant change in management. This leads to shifting priorities and a lack of long-term vision. Employees often struggle with inconsistent policies and directions. Limited Recognition of Loyalty Long-term employees do not feel valued for their contributions. The company seems to prioritize replacing employees over retaining and nurturing talent, which is demotivating for those who have invested years in their roles. Work Culture Issues The work culture could benefit from more transparency and fairness. Employees often feel their concerns are not adequately addressed, and there is little emphasis on creating a supportive work environment. Great collaboration happen with stateside teams. Management team have sound head and big ears to listen thigs. Senior management patiently listens to the concerns and act on it. New facility is a game changer decision. I am not dragging myself to work but work is attracting me to go to office!! That sums it all.
