Work-life balance and working culture in Entrata are the most I like in the organization. Another one is Entrata gives the flexibility to work from the office or home as per your wish and convenience.

Dislikes

At some level, I don't like changes done to employee structure but I hope that will be proven best in coming future and won't have any adverse effect on employees' career path. Continuously changing technology and tools has both pros and cons. Everyone gets to learn new technologies and tools and cons like technology change once allsettle and get used to the technology or tool. Salary hikes are quite less in percentage compared to other organizations and sometimes even it's biased based on different teams....Read More

-As Per industrial Company give you Half salary. -No growth here no future plan for Employees - Old Employees are here who is working from 5+ Year in Same Company they become manager with less tech skill. Who does not have any new tech knowledge. - Engineering Manager try to tech you but they don't have any knowledge.

The internal learning program, Tech Bytes really helps to add new tech/learning to the skills. Flexible work timing and hybrid work mode help to balance personal and professional life. Very good work culture.

I like working environment and managment at Entrata. After providing Permennt work from home it's easy for to manage work and family. Started more focusing on learning and skill developemnt that is really great part. Overall I am enjoying to work at Entrata
