Entrata encourage a culture that boost both personal and professional growth also promote excellence in performance and rewarded for outstanding accomplishment. I have been work here last 6 year I can see a good space to learn and most important thing is everything is transparent and every employee treat with equal value.

As of now I didn't find any difficulty or challenges regarding entrata policy and values everything will be fine work with entrata.

Entrata showing excellent grouth in last few years. Entrata have Work and personal life balance Culture and permanent work from home policies. People-centric environment. Company have nice leave policies, they provids 12 holidays for indian festival other than annual leave so we all people of entrata enjoy festivels with family and friends.

Less opportunities in pramotion and appraisal not up to the mark.

I HAVE JOINED IN THE MONTH OF JUNE 23 ,SO AS OF NOW I DONT THINK THERE IS WORK PRESSURE , FAVAOURIZIUM , ECT WHICH GET HARRESSED THE EMPLOYEE ,TILL NOW EVERYONE AND EVERYTHINK IS VERY GOOD , AND IN FUTURE HOPE FOR THE SAME .
