It is increasingly difficult to manage the work-life balance. Having to work across different time zones (India and US) is causing work pressure and stress.

Challenges in the organization - Lack of support: Engineering manager and existing employees are not supportive; you won't receive help to understand the current product flow. - Engineering manager is very danger person in Entrata, if you ask questions related to product then you may get fired or being placed on PIP. - Existing Engineering Manager/Employees having so much interest to know your package/salary but you should not respond. - Expected to work late into the night. - If you have financial dependency then you will in trouble and potentially harming your career - I would rate this organization in RED...Read More

1. Team members are good, friendly, and understanding. 2. Low-level management has a good understanding of their products and areas. This helps to get the work done efficiently and to the point. 3. Flexible working hours. 4. Other activities conducted by the CSR team and Training team are good.

1. Failure of the proper decisions made by higher management, sadly affects the low-level employees and low-level management in all aspects ( like Appraisal, work pressure, and job security ). 2.
