One of the bad companies were you will probably learn nothing. Company is full of politics and upper management wants you to just deliver things no matter quality and how you deliver. Tech leads have less knowledge than software engineers and they will freak out as soon as you will start taking about performance.

As people in the company say it was quite good before the company got funding and expanded as at the time there were only 15 engineers and now they have 100 engineering to which the management doesn't know how to manage how to give them work credit now there is only politics and management is not capable of managing these teams, + funding k baad kachra bhar lia hai aadhe se jaasa aata jaata unko kuch nhi toh jaada dimaag kharab hota jab yeh 5-7 saal experience dikha dikha k jo lead bankar baithe hai gyaan ch***te h hor bs politics khelte h aata inko git pull karna ni hai code review toh krenge kya. I have joined 6 months back and have throughly enjoyed working here. the team is nice to work with, founders are very open to ideas. The company has good culture and everyone is focussed on work. Also, there is free food

Nothing. It’s a scam run by 2 lalas. They have made their old trustworthy employees go in an instant. Appraisal letters have been given in phases to some people and others are being sent here and there and eventually getting fired.

1. Work really hard for a year and you’ll still get no hike and get fired if the lalas and the chamchas don’t like you. 2. Everyone is always raising fingers on each other and the 2 lalas fire anyone they want anytime. Zero job security. 3. Managers are irresponsible and do politics 4. This year, they have done malpractice by changing people’s ratings on back end just to fire some of them. 5. Most of the staff is pretty nice, polite and helpful people. Hygienic and clean office. flexible working hours, depending on the department and manager.

Dislikes

They fire more than they hire, work culture is a joke. Zero job security. Thy might give appraisals but never really promote anyone. Most managers are mean, unhelpful and rude. Extreme Micromanagement. Incompetent people.

It's flexible timing, no checkin or checkout tracking, and people are very friendly and helpful.

The higher management is too toxic and give unrealistic timelines, which can't be met and eventually you need to stretch work hours.
