There is no job security. Depends on the present situation, they can fire you anytime. The present situation of the company is worst. Do not think to join here as the current employees are in the horrible situation. It is the only one company who doesn’t judge an employee by their whole year work. The employees get judged by the so called review procees in just 15-30 mins and this kind of situation is going from the last year, i.e., 2022. They fired so many people intentionally. They tagged you as a under skilled person without checking your yearly performance....Read More

1. The leave policy needs to be approved, day by day the number of leaves has deceased. 2. Should not change the WFH policy. 3. It’s been frustrating the HRBP members don’t respond to the messages,sometimes you have to wait days. For every small thing need to create request. 4. If system needs to be changed have to wait long, even to exchange small things.

My work experience is very good with CodeClouds, the best parts are: 1 - Working Environment 2 - Open Door Policy 3- No Micro Management

Everyone has two sides, positive and negative. In CodeClouds there are no such negative points, but they need to review a few things. 1- Do not change any policy in the mid-sessions. 2- They need to review the overall salary structure per the current financial situation.

As per management rules, at least two new courses should be completed by everyone every year, but they can't take up any projects on new technology. The worst part is the HRBP team. Bad hr policies. Hire and fire policy. Target employee, take interview any time,put them in PIP and tell them to resign. Too much mental pressure due to internal interview. If any time your interview not goes well the deduct the increment amount target the employee and fire them.

Management! No experienced professionals from IT background to handle admin level jobs. Human resource is very bad. Only prioritizing women by giving them extra rewards and facilities, indirectly forcing men to work more.
