I got shorts for interview. This company is totally red flag. I have given 4 rounds. Communication from hiring team is poor. 1 round- HR round ( clear) 2round - virtual ( manager) 3round- “no value and important for candidates time” :- HR said to me it office visit - you need to visit office , you have meetings with VP. I aks with her it is interview? So she denied - no this is only discussion rounds he will tell abt the process,roles. When i visit office. I met with person- it was fully interview for 20min. I was 1 hour earlier on meeting time , but they allow me wait for 10-15 min more for meeting time, Red flag- no value and important of candidates times. 4round- “HR discussion” (red flag) same day night I ask with HR what kind of round this? It is client round? She denied- no it HR discussion- she will discuss about company rule and policy and salary structure. When i get interview for last 4th round - it was also fully interview round with US HR department/ clients- she was interviewing. There is no discussion about anything policy structure and salary. Poor management , no value of Times. not active and accurate communication. I already read about the comments about the company. Why they rate so bad. All management just fooling you- name of the interview. Wasting candidates time. My 3 round was around 12:30 pm afternoon. Office location was unsafe for female workers. When i was returning from office at 1 pm , crossing the road over bridge i get followed by a drug addicted man. I was scared. I speed up my walking , i was alone on the bridge. There are public transportation issues. Office location is too odd....Read More

Nothing as such. The office space offers a cafeteria with no meal of the day for free.

Work life balance of qa people is terrible as compared to developers. For newly joined interns no proper training is provided and they expect work on par with a full-time employee within just a month of joining. No job security they fire as they feel fit. Poor management of human resources everything will depend on your team and your manager if lucky you will have awesome time and learn new things but if unlucky like me you will feel stress everyday with an imposter syndrome. They give less compensation for same amount of work done to interns from tier 3 college. For tier 1 college students they provide SDE roles with nice compensation but for tier 3 they provide QA or SDET role with half stipend and salary as that of a SDE...Read More
