To, Simply Vyapar Apps Pvt. Ltd. Bengalore Subject: Legal Notice Regarding Unjust Termination Dear Sir/Madam, I, Akash, am formally addressing this legal notice to Simply Vyapar Apps Pvt. Ltd. in relation to my abrupt termination from your organization on January 23, 2025. The manner in which my employment was terminated, without prior notice and without proper justification, has caused severe financial and professional distress. I am compelled to seek legal recourse to ensure that my rights as an employee are safeguarded. Issues Raised: Unjust Termination: My termination was based on alleged negative feedback from my previous employer (Duroflex). However, I was neither given an opportunity to explain nor was an internal investigation conducted before making this decision. Impact on Employment and Financial Well-being: The termination has resulted in severe financial hardship. The EPFO contributions made under my employment with Vyapar have also affected my employment prospects, as potential employers are questioning the short tenure at Vyapar. Breach of Professional Conduct: The background verification done at my rental address and communication with my landlord has caused undue personal hardship, as my landlord was relying on my employment for pending dues. Lack of Consideration for Alternative Employment: I requested redeployment to another department (such as Sales) to sustain my livelihood, but this was not considered. Legal Demands: In light of the above, I hereby demand: A clear and unambiguous statement confirming that Simply Vyapar Apps Pvt. Ltd. will not provide any negative feedback to any future employer. If my termination is upheld, an official relieving letter specifying the reason in a neutral and professional manner. Compensation for the undue distress and financial burden caused by this abrupt termination. Either provide an opportunity to work in an alternate department within the company for at least six months or remove my employment data from the EPFO database to prevent negative impact on my future employment prospects. Clear payment for the period from January 24th to January 31st, along with the full salary for February 2025. Legal Consequences: If the aforementioned issues are not addressed within 2** days from the receipt of this notice**, I will be compelled to take legal action against Simply Vyapar Apps Pvt. Ltd. for unlawful termination and damages caused to my career and financial stability. This may include filing a complaint with the appropriate labor authorities and initiating legal proceedings as per applicable employment laws in India. I've been working at Vyapar for almost a year now, and I feel the need to share the harsh reality of the workplace here. HR recruiters paint an enticing picture of the company, filling new joiners with false hopes and dreams about growth, but the truth is far from it. After joining, you're quickly thrust into an environment where the focus is on pressuring employees to deceive customers, with little regard for their well-being. The Team Leaders (TLS) and Managers in Vyapar have little to no power or authority. They're merely observers who spend the day walking around, trying to look important while offering no support or leadership. What's even more troubling is that they seem to be completely disconnected from the struggles employees face, especially in sales. Despite being officially assigned to work from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, we are forced to arrive at 9:30 AM and stay until 8:30 or 9:00 PM, with constant pressure hanging over our heads. The toll this takes on employees is immense, and many of us have been left feeling completely traumatized by the working conditions over the past couple of months. The situation worsens when it comes to the behavior of some TLS members, especially toward female employees. Words like "scammers" and "fraud" are thrown around recklessly, leaving employees humiliated and demoralized. It's deeply frustrating to see people who lack basic professional competence now promoted to management positions, with little regard for how they treat their team members. To be honest, it feels like we're being used as mere pawns to fulfill the company's goals, with no recognition for the hard work we're putting in. If you're considering joining Vyapar, be warned. They kept hiring 50-50 candidates every month or even twice a month and it was getting a little too chaotic also the targets got unbelievably high when the market was low and no incentives could be achieved easily worked on multiple sundays and never got any benifits other then a lousy lunch

Targeting personally Everytime or anytime sale day ( where you need to extend and do pipelines. Kick out genuine people Worst team leader's i.e- unprofessional, wrong intentions, unskilled. No job security. Does not entertain employee issues. Anytime they can tell to resign. No job security. Worst manager in IPT team.

Pricing Hike issue again and again in year is not good for Company and market also , Company should have understand what actual happen in ground level, Company have to focus on customer's needs and demand. This is best time for Company Growth so don't need price hike every time in year. After price hike customer switch for another software because of trust issues. Monthly target is better than Fortnight target. That's it from my side...Read More

Due to Manager and there female Assistant Manager Many of deserving Candidates can't get promoted for there hardwork they promote Undeserving candidate who are not performing good since last 2-3 months And they are Trying to safe there region candidates because woh unke yeha ke rehne wale hai.
