This is a bogus, loss-making company that has been incurring losses for the past 3-4 years. Due to this, the company hires new candidates in bulk every month and fires existing employees in large numbers. This cycle continues month after month. Coming to the management, they are egotistic and exhibit a gunda-like mentality. They always find trivial reasons to terminate employees, and doing so seems to give them a sense of mental satisfaction. The company neither requires any real work nor has any actual business needs. Within 1-2 months, they will either terminate you, or you will leave on your own due to the environment. They kept hiring 50-50 candidates every month or even twice a month and it was getting a little too chaotic also the targets got unbelievably high when the market was low and no incentives could be achieved easily worked on multiple sundays and never got any benifits other then a lousy lunch

Targeting personally Everytime or anytime sale day ( where you need to extend and do pipelines. Kick out genuine people Worst team leader's i.e- unprofessional, wrong intentions, unskilled. No job security. Does not entertain employee issues. Anytime they can tell to resign. No job security. Worst manager in IPT team.
