Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager to drive the go-to-market strategy, positioning, and messaging of our products. This role will be responsible for developing marketing campaigns, creating compelling content, and working cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams to enhance product adoption and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new and existing products.
- Define positioning, messaging, and differentiation strategies to communicate the product's value proposition effectively.
- Work closely with product, growth, sales, and customer success teams to enhance product adoption and engagement.
- Utilize CleverTap for customer engagement, retention campaigns, and segmentation.
- Leverage Adjust for mobile attribution, marketing performance tracking, and user acquisition analytics.
- Analyze product usage data and customer insights to optimize marketing strategies.
- Translate complex product features into clear, value-driven messaging for MSME audiences.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate technical features into customer-centric benefits.
- Create and manage content strategies, including product pages, case studies, blogs, whitepapers, and video scripts.
- Develop sales enablement materials such as presentations, FAQs, and product guides to support the sales team.
- Work with the growth marketing team to develop demand generation strategies, digital campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Analyse product performance, user engagement, and feedback to drive product improvements and innovation.
- Collaborate with customer success teams to create retention strategies, customer testimonials, and loyalty programs.
- Drive thought leadership initiatives through webinars, industry events, and partnerships.
Desired Skills And Requirements
- B.Tech / MBA with 2-4 Years of Product Marketing Experience with a B2B SaaS Organization
- Expertise in Product Positioning & Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:
- Proven ability to develop compelling product messaging and positioning tailored to MSMEs.
- Experience in launching new features and driving adoption through well-planned GTM strategies.
- Proficiency in Marketing Automation & Analytics Tools (CleverTap & Adjust):
- Hands-on experience with CleverTap for customer engagement, retention campaigns, and segmentation.
- Strong understanding of Adjust for mobile attribution, tracking marketing performance, and user acquisition analytics.
