InCruiter is a next-generation technical screening and talent assessment platform.

We are a SaaS-based organization with an interview service (IaaS) at its core.

We aim to disrupt the traditional evaluation techniques for screening candidates with completely automated hiring solutions. InCruiter helps companies save their time on candidate evaluation and makes hiring 1.5X faster.

About Us: We are an innovative and fast-growing bootstrap startup driven by a mission to create cutting-edge solutions for industry/market. With a growing portfolio of products and an expanding global customer base, we are looking for a dynamic and strategic Product Marketing Manager to join our team.

Role Overview: As a Product Marketing Manager, you will take a leading role in driving the success of our products by crafting and executing targeted marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engage customers, and support international market expansion. Your expertise in marketing within the USA, UAE, and Southeast Asia regions will be pivotal in tailoring campaigns that resonate across diverse markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop compelling product messaging and positioning that highlights value propositions and resonates with target audiences globally.

2. Go-To-Market Strategy: Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches, ensuring alignment across product, sales, and marketing teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create launch campaigns, content, and resources.

3. Market Research & Insights: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities. Use data-driven insights to refine product and marketing strategies for international markets.

4. Content Development: Create and oversee the development of marketing assets such as product demos, brochures, videos, case studies, and thought leadership content.

5. International Marketing: Build and execute marketing strategies for global markets, adapting campaigns to cultural nuances and regional demands. Partner with local teams, distributors, or agencies to drive regional success.

6. Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to build customer advocacy through testimonials, reviews, and case studies. - Lead customer feedback loops to influence product improvements and innovations.

7. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using KPIs and ROI metrics. Provide actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and product adoption.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Experience: 4-7 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in a startup or tech environment. Proven success in marketing products to international markets is essential.

Technical Skills: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics. Proficiency in creating content for diverse audiences and platforms. Strong understanding of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and performance tracking.

Soft Skills:


- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.

- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
