About The Role :
Analyze industry segment and account strategy, set up marketing plan working closely with the onshore marketing leads and industry, account teams to identify marketing tactics to provide proactive, structured, long-term strategic marketing support. Understand the business plan and objectives and work closely to define a fitting marketing program to achieve their goals and grow their business. Work with Industry Project Manager and project team to design end-to-end digital marketing campaign journeys and bring them to life in the way of focused multi-touch demand generation campaigns, utilizing various paid media platforms and display properties available in the marketplace for B2B businesses Create, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across different channels, including but not limited to the display, search, paid social media (LinkedIn), and industry sites. Provide offshore support and project management for various account initiatives such as ABM campaign strategy and development, Stakeholder Analysis Management, client microsite creation, Web services, offshore event support but not limited to these. Lead pursuit marketing programs for large deals to help bid teams define their value proposition and strengthen it with fitting marketing tactics to increase the probability of winning. Engage with businesses and offering management to ensure solid value propositions and effective marketing campaigns. Work closely with the Industry Project Manager to oversee and organize events (virtual and in-person) that will make an impact to a target audience. Ensure events are successful and cost-effective, paying attention to budget and time constraints. Work closely with the Industry Project Manager to track, measure, and report on all account-based marketing activity based on Sales KPIs and successes.
Primary Skill
Responsible for analyzing the business requirements, working on marketing strategy, owning, and leading all marketing initiatives aligned to the sector in collaboration with Key Stakeholders (on-shore Marketing Lead (cluster lead), MU Lead (Head of Automotive in the Americas), Group Sector Marketing Lead, BU Marketing Lead, Subject Matter Experts, Portfolio leads and Account Executives). Ensure the successful delivery key projects aligned to the above strategy and plan in conjunction with project managers, creative partners and other members of the extended marketing, sector ecosystem.
Secondary Skill
Manage, mentor the diverse team of resources, and keep them motivated to deliver on all the projects. Ensure timely reporting of projects, escalation management and client satisfaction of services delivery.
