Providing a stipend from initial stage could be helpful, as it would support interns in managing their financial needs. The delivery heads, despite being only moderately skilled, occupy their positions solely due to their tenure in the company, not based on performance or leadership capabilities. The operations team is equally problematic—highly disorganized, lacking accountability, and failing to provide sufficient support.
