I didn't have much to say as I was recently joined , i have joined Softenger in Technical Department and after few months I was not liking it the role I have been assigned so i discussed with my manager that I don't want to leave Softenger INDIA Pvt Ltd because it's good company so please change my Department if possible. I have more interest in that specific role , But I didn't get any clear response from their side so eventually I had to put my papers so I did ..... please if someone is not happy with his designation and job role then it needs attention on employees that's what I feel . Leaves are quite less i.e 12. They're like consultancy, if client or project is over, you're over. No bench. So apart from these two, I don't find any other reason. All other issues such as timings,wfo/wfh, working days all depends on client.
