Well I want to share my experience as below. I Start every morning with a fear that, I will receive termination today. So I never be late (Responsibilty) I Start upgrading my work with an anticipation that I will receive promotion today. (Growth) I logout with a complete satisfaction, and wish softenger to be my last employer and get early retirement working in Softenger. (Career Accomplishment).
