Well, first and foremost, I would say the company's overall reputation & management policies drew me in. I am working as a Project Manager from last 1 year and can confidently say that the company is great to work with. And I like it because of numerous reasons: Team & Management: Most important aspects are working with a great teamthat supports you anytime. I don't dislike anything in particular. All is good, at least. The company is always open to suggestions from an employee and their level/bands doesn't matter to incorporate any new establishment. Though, we can always target new business with a new medium with the support of our skilled team members.

As Softenger is still growing company, the best part is we get to share our views and inputs regarding any change taking place with respect to policies or rules or technology change. Also we have a common platform where every team connects on monthly basis and you get the knowledge and current status of the teams on different levels. Also the management here is very supportive and helpful, your opinion will matter. Overall a good organization to start with. Work life balance can be maintained. Helpful team members and management.

Mediclaim policies needs to be improved. Only employee is covered with minimal limit. Proper care has to be taken for employees working at client site locations. Job security cannot be assured, though its a concern with all the organisations.
