Need more improvement on the process in terms of Internal applications, Claim process and if its more on digital then it will be more easy to handle everything and its save time.

As Softenger is still growing company, the best part is we get to share our views and inputs regarding any change taking place with respect to policies or rules or technology change. Also we have a common platform where every team connects on monthly basis and you get the knowledge and current status of the teams on different levels. Also the management here is very supportive and helpful, your opinion will matter. I look after the project IBM India VI service management where I am responsible for handling people and process related issues at client site.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Likes

Overall a good organization to start with. Work life balance can be maintained. Helpful team members and management.

Dislikes

Mediclaim policies needs to be improved. Only employee is covered with minimal limit. Proper care has to be taken for employees working at client site locations. Job security cannot be assured, though its a concern with all the organisations.
