Need more improvement on the process in terms of Internal applications, Claim process and if its more on digital then it will be more easy to handle everything and its save time.

As Softenger is still growing company, the best part is we get to share our views and inputs regarding any change taking place with respect to policies or rules or technology change. Also we have a common platform where every team connects on monthly basis and you get the knowledge and current status of the teams on different levels. Also the management here is very supportive and helpful, your opinion will matter.
