The Company has a good culture, especially in the cloud team, with opportunities to learn and grow. The Environment is generally supportive, and the team dynamics are strong. Ravi, the manager, is very knowledgeable and leads the team well.

Dislikes

However, there are leadership challenges at the team level. Jayaraman is unfit for the role as he tends to play office politics and often uses inappropriate language, creating toxic work environment, Because of his politics, many employes left the company and most of them were from different states. The Company culture is good, but individuals like Jayaraman are damaging its reputation. At the time I was working with KGISL many people where hired and fired just like that . No projects where there everyone was sitting on the bench and only project they had. Was sony . So those people who was not got selected for sony they have fired .. main thing is they forced the employees to resign, the behaviour of HR was just like police. Another important thing is that you will not receive the offer letter first, the offer letter will provide to you after joining the company in 1 month or so . So. Be careful.......Read More

Good set of colleagues and family like feeling. Moderately paid according to coimbatore market standards. If you have high dependency, then job security is guaranteed.

I loved the working environment and the team in I had worked. I had a TL who is very supportive for everything for our whole team in every situation. Everyone in our team feels like family and took care of each other and clearing doubts on call even when they are busy.. here I learnt to handle a customer on call and also how to handle high pressure situation.

Dislikes

Break exceeds are considered as half a day or Lop, sometime preferred weekly offs will not be available as per our plan, salary appraisal will be provided with delay in months.
