Well, first and foremost, I would say the company's overall reputation & management policies drew me in. I am working as a Project Manager from last 1 year and can confidently say that the company is great to work with. And I like it because of numerous reasons: Team & Management: Most important aspects are working with a great team that supports you anytime. Career and Job Security: Softenger offers a good, flexible environment for all their employees so that they can focus on productive task to achieve their goals. Management: We work with minimal & manageable pressure even the atmosphere is friendly. All stakeholders work towards the same goal to move ahead to the next step which is due to company management & HOD's. Work-Life Balance: Flexible working hours allowed to work, which is resulting in meaningful daily achievement & enjoyment in each of my four quadrants i.e. Work, Family, Friends & Self. Dislikes

I don't dislike anything in particular. All is good, at least. The company is always open to suggestions from an employee and their level/bands doesn't matter to incorporate any new establishment. Though, we can always target new business with a new medium with the support of our skilled team members.
