Azure Devops Engineer

1. Set up projects in Azure DevOps (ADO) according to the project scope and requirements.
2. Configure project settings, repositories, pipelines, and permissions.
3. Provide guidance to the Project Manager on creating, assigning, allocating, and monitoring tasks in ADO.
4. Conduct training sessions for team members on using ADO for project management and agile practices.
5. Assist in setting up and managing sprints, epics, user stories, and tasks.
6. Ensure proper mapping of KPIs, metrics, and activities to tasks and sprints.
7. Set up KPIs, reports, metrics, and dashboards specific to business needs.
8. Guide the team on how to set up additional dashboard items and make changes as needed.
9. Guide and assist in setting-up of documentation repositories.
10. Set-up regular reports for project progress, performance metrics, and sprint burndown charts.
11. Guide the team to use ADO for communication and collaboration among team members using ADO tools.
12. Ensure adherence to governance and compliance standards within ADO.
13. Set up notifications and escalation processes within ADO to ensure timely updates and issue resolution.
14. Need for Github repository set-up for data/Code/information from Vendor (SEIBU) on projects
15. Syslog (Audit logs for tracking and managing activities within project environment)
