o Hardware firmware level to be maintained on N-1 or OEM recommended on all physical servers
o Linux VM Server/Physical server creation/OS installation as per BFL policy.
o Support on server migration between blade chassis
o Regular server s user accounts review and reporting
o Root passwords change as per BFL policy (quarterly) and share the same with Customer in encrypted format.
o Server Reinstallation and configuration due to incident
o Support during Software Installation
o Linux messaging and security solutions.
o Volume Management

o Review of daily/weekly/monthly checklist
o Repeat Incident / Alert Analysis
o Managing / reconfiguring terminal services, cluster services, file servers
o Necessary support for restoration or drill
o Preparation of MIR for Major Incidents

o Incident / Request Fulfillment / Change management
o Patch management
o Basic Hardening Compliance for Wintel/Linux/AIX
