Job Description
- Research, design, and create engaging video-based learning materials tailored to various audiences and skill levels.
- Develop engaging scripts and produce short help videos that demonstrate the functionality of our applications.
- Develop and maintain user manuals, online help articles, and process documents for both internal and external users.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.
- Follow style guidelines and maintain consistency across all content, maximizing opportunities for GenAI consumption.
- Write, prepare, review and revise training and support content, focusing on accuracy, simplicity, readability, grammatical correctness, and translations Partner with internal stakeholders and liaise with experts regarding training development.
- Translate complex information and ideas into concise user-friendly content via clear instructions and explanation.
- Administration, maintenance, and improvements of content in the video catalog, knowledge base and user guides
- Mentor and train other content creators
- Identify content that should be translated into other languages and work with those experts to get it published.
- Analyze data to determine content gaps and steps to address those gaps.
- Provide reports and metrics to leadership on trends, content usage, maintenance and effectiveness.
Desired Skills
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Technical Support, Technical Writing, Training, Education, Marketing, Communications or other related field.
- Thorough knowledge of English grammar, punctuation, and usage.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and experience reviewing technical documentation, including manuals.
- Ability to write, prepare, review and revise training and support content, focusing on accuracy, simplicity, readability, grammatical correctness, and translations.
- Experience in creating video scripts, story boards and producing technology help videos.
- Proficient in adult learning methodologies, learning management systems and training software (e.g., Flash, Oracle Learn, Captivate, HTML5, Articulate), with ability/willingness to learn ones you dont know.
- Translate complex information into concise user-friendly content via clear instructions and explanation.
- Advanced PowerPoint and Excel.
- Data analysis and project/program management experience, able to balance multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Demonstrated ability to achieve results through cross-functional, virtual teams.
- Ability to prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects simultaneously; highly motivated and able to work against aggressive schedules and shifting business priorities.
- Strong bias for action and iterative delivery style
- Flexible, resourceful, and able to operate effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical solutions clearly and influence key decisions. (Interpersonal, verbal, written, presentation)
- Positive attitude, team player, self-starter; takes initiative, ability to work independently.
- Display a demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically.
- Maturity, judgment, negotiation/influence skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills
- Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
