The outer part of plant 5 is good and attractive

I was in chat process, British Gas. All companies will first say chamge is part of life however change in wns was a disaster. From homecare they wanted us to take chat in credit service with only 4 days of training whereas a credit proces advisor had told me that even one month training is doesn't give confidence to work for this process however during work from home they trained us for 4 days and kept switching us from one process to another. One day they told me.my performance is low and they are removing me but they asked me to resign just because I must not get unemployment benefit or may be to save some dimes and upon that after 50 days I get email asking me for 15000 rupees - fifteen thousand rupees in order to receive my relieving letter. If I absconded I could understand these charges but I resigned on company demand. Today is 27th May 2021 and my last working day was ,31st Dec and I have sent 3 emails to company HR Abhijit Chanda and I hab also done follow up on every 2 days with my team leader. My team leader says that HR told him that he will look into it but it's been 5 months and he is still looking into it. Does he not know how imp a relieving letter is ?
