Nothing is good about this company would be leaving soon

Dislikes

Poor and unorganised management in centrica process and they force you to do OT. Over work pressure with no proper leave allocation, no benefits or compensation. There is incentive but the targets set are so high you hardly feel motivated. Growth and increment is very slow which is equal to 0. Even during the lockdown period they did not pay for electricity or net expenses we had to put it from our pocket and they expect 100% of work as if we are working from office. They will treat you like a machine and will make sure all your hardwork is unnoticed. During appraisal noting would be considered. Would never recommend WNS to anyone as they hardly value agents who have been working for good long years. They would prefer hiring new agents instead of retaining old agents. Even during lockdown period they hardly cared about the agents health or safety all they wanted was to open office at the earliest. Worst part is the HR, dont understand why he has been kept for the process as he himself does not know what his job is all about. The supervisors and managers are very supportive.

The only problem was transportation. People have been complaining abt transportation, still there's no changes done. Although organization is employee orientated. They have lot of benefits for their employees. It was an great experience.

The company is great. The environment is friendly. The salary is also good. I only had issues with transport which is worst. No proper transport facilities. I had to wait for an hour after night shift for the transport. This is the only reason I left.

I disliked the transport services. No proper arrangement. The only reason I left the company. I was very irritated with the transport.
