"I learned long ago, never to wrestle with a sow (female pi g). You get dirty, and besides, the sow likes it". I respect women but this is only according to how I was badly troubled/treated and I should have full rights to share this as we treat everybody equally. Manager and 3 years old experienced 4-5 agents are the pi gs here topull the wool over eyes (Anakhon men dhul jhonakana) of the company. God knows how many jobs they would have taken like this of others just to work the way they want. Thinking they are extremely mature and can keep doing this and it's a great professional growth for them? Well it's all criminal! They can't handle anything! As if karma won't come back and hit them bad one day! 0 motivation, only cribbing, jealousy and hate. No leadership quality, 0 people management. Ready to ruin careers due to their personal preferences. Extremely low standard people working here. Scam Hr never told me what the profile is, said "mujhe bhi nhi pta kaam kya hai" just showed the money and took advantage of my situation. Then after all fomalities came to know it's sales which I never wanted to get into. More horrible was that it was just 5 days of training, like they already telling we cannot afford anything. Worst sow is the most coward manager in the world, only and only using policies lol no leadership quality, no flexibility, only cribbing, mood swings and pinpoiniting agents in huddles infront of everyone. Harsh environment. No break taking environment, agents not on the floor for hours, putting false allegations, it's laughable that manager playing women card to hold grudges and take revenge, just in 3 months of time, nobody will believe this. Everybody will understand by this that what kind of a filthy mind they would be having. No support from experienced agents, no understanding, just working like an a** licker s of the manager. I promise you they will never grow like this and are just being used because of money greed created or already in them. No backbone to stand and accept anything from agents. I liked the work even gave extra hours on my will at home and agents starting making their own policies to stop that, no email confirmation, no client approval nothing lol. Shocking dihaati people in the world just so that I cannot earn or perform. Always creating bad environment and why the hell did they hired me in the first place? Even I asked hr in beginning days to mark exit for me to which he never replied as only wanted to earn referral amount through me. I never worked because of money I have been a performer and only that way I was working which was never understood by low level people. All this for a Google process at Google office, what a shame! Hr was fakely helpful in the beginning but of course was all a gimmick, playing stories. Gave few days of peace of mind during my notice period then all was planned on my last day (just 14th day of my notice out of 60 days) that even agents and manager agitated me, played mind games to trouble me and even hr was there that day ready to meet with me when I called him. To ofcourse fulfill the plan to kick me out like I won't get this which I was understanding. I happily gave them what they wanted because I never anymore wanted to give my hardworking 1 second anymore to such poor mentality people. Trust me everything I'm sharing is 100% accurate as I gave 4 yrs to my previous organization and have 9 yrs of total exp. I want immediate action to be taken and kick such people out as it's always the people never the company. And if they do anything wrong with my career during the fnf, I will be taking strict legal action. WNS is a fraud paniced company, if you don't suit them (like if you are not criminal minded or harsh silently or loud) they will not do anything for you and you will be a good earning for them only as they will kick you out.
