They should promote the certification courses which will eventually help their organization. Also, they should enable some policies where employees can be reimbursed for the certification cost if they successfully completed the course.

I got pay on time,Senior staff is so much cooperating.No one is having the attitude of Senior.

We don't get cab or shuttle facility from home,any parties,Tours and Diwali or new year bonus from company side.

The leadership team encourages illegal practices to be followed. A dispute about my variable/performance incentive payout is pending for over 2 months where I insisted the HRBP Team to pay my variable/performance incentive as per the company’s internal policy but as expected they illegally made back dated amendments to the policies so they won’t have to pay me. The issue I raised would have benefited several other employees like me but would have also caused a damage to company’s pocket. So for the company’s benefit they decided to illegally amend the policy. My only message to people who are currently part of or who aspires to be part of WNS is to think again and decide whether you really want to work in an organisation where the policies that you signed up for, gets changed illegally by the very same HRBP Team who’s responsible for an employee’s well-being and the same are enforced on you for the financial benefit of the company. The only thing I like is the work I do

The culture in the corporate side of the company is terrible. The deadlines are set for weekends. You might need to work even if you are on leave. Working hours extend to 10-12 hours a day.
