We need to take approval for leave from both client and Wipro manager. No promotion. Only one vegetable is available in canteen for all 5 days. No technical maintainance for lifts. Not a single thing in this company make you motivate to work. HR tells you whatever salary we will provide you will have to take at HR round. No negotiation. They don't even offer better salary for critical process.

Management was really helpless when it comes to helping the employees with thir grievances. They are promoting toxic work culture. Biasness with disrespect was really common.

Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. I would not recommend this organisation to anyone neither I will rejoin this again in my life. No work ethics, no work life balance, no proper management and even the senior leadership is not supportive. There are 8 peoples who are moved or left the organisation and we did not get provided with any backup which resulted in increasedwork pressure, extending our shifts and it's like an only option like if anyone did not complete their task they have to extend and then complete it....Read More

Work life balance there is no life outside the company people do 9 to 5 here we do 9 am to 11 pm some time 2 am or 3 am.

It's was hell in this company to work here and because in this company employee play lots of politics in office and they will play with employees and then say it has work pressure etc i kindly request to don't join Wipro unless you don't have in relatives or any friends because you ask them how was a office politics Plays here they only tell you
