Wipro talks lot about there 5 habits but I don’t see that at ground level and old employees without proper skill set but just serving in the company for there experience

Managers are not responsive to queries (including HR) Resource allocation team is not effective in doing their job Hiring managers are so intelligent that they can figure out if a candidate is a good fit just by looking at the resume and don't even care to conduct interview and evaluate the candidate.

No proper projects, need to prove from analyst role level either you are hired for manager role. Old members demotes new joiners and possess to work from basic analyst role to prove long term to be on right place. Waste of skill and knowledge base.

Wipro is not an option, if you really want to thrive in your career. Nobody will care about your interest/experience of work. They just need headcount in the account that will generate revenue. if you are not related to work profile also They'll ask you to work in unrelated account and squeeze money out of your hardwork from clients. They will not even take preproject assignment interview, If you take time to understand which will in turn effect clients delivery. Wipro project team will do micro management and make sure the person will go through Hell until the work is complete and as a Bonus they will hold the Appraisal. So if you are fresher this best place to work. But for experienced people this is just nightmare. One of top MNC and is just a bluff. They made a rule on 2022 ,if you are on bench for 45 days ,then from 46 days to till you get a project no salary,once you get project and billable from that day your salary will count .This is 90 days drama and if you don’t get project within in 90 days then Tata Bye Bye

1. Behaviour issues with Senior Management 2. Zero work life Balance 3. Holidays which are the mandatory ones from an organization can be cancelled here at last moment 4. Promised amount for an additional efforts never be paid off. 5. Will treat the employees like a slave here.

They keep giving opportunity for training and learning...so if you are interested in that its good.

I had previous experience with wipro which was good but now itsl has degraded a lot. No projects available. Because of their fault you just stay in bench and waste time then they kick you out. All because they dont have projects for you. Would not recommend to join if you dont have client interview. Then you will be on your own to find project.
