Wipro is a company I enjoy working with. This place has a very diverse culture. It is necessary to upskill many trainings and certifications on a timely basis. Our skills will be enhanced by itself as a result of this.

Dislikes

Completing more and more trainings and certifications is necessary. In the end, the benefit accrues to the individual. In my opinion, the onsite opportunities here are very limited.

From the existing associates till sr managers are worst. No manners to talk to to new joiners , no compassion , no courtesy to do KT sessions. Above all incorrect resource skillset to project mapping. Better to wait in your current organization , reject wipro calls , wait for someother good company and switch , because even if you get good project in wipro , by the time you serve notice period in current org and move to wipro theres no guarantee you will get that project. Forget gurantee you wont get only....Read More
