Very good and supporting management though that depends on account in which you are working. Timely growth opportunities, opportunities to learn and grow. Management open to feedback and areas of improvement.

Dislikes

Wipro should introduce cabs 24*7 across all the accounts. Since maximum projects require working on client site employees don’t get benefits from Wipro / Clients both.
