No job openings for juniors,no good opportunity to switch roles and not receiving good rating even though we perform well,less salary hike percentage,and not easy to get promotions.

No work time u have to work till late night, no salary increment, only give u promotion not salary increment especially WGS account, they don't care about employees only they want work. They asked to work on weekends also and late night work need to do. No comp off no shift allowance. Working at Wipro as an Associate feel really proud and I really glad to have a great opportunity to work in MNC like wipro and I hope that this experience will be helpful for my rewarding career.

The fact is Wipro give a less Salary and provide lot of benefits with job security. I personally feel that giving less pay as compared to other MNCs is a negative things.

Hike percentage, reffered hike, there is no encouragement/credits for the work which we do Doesn't care about employees in bench. Even if projects aren't there they need you to get into a project or within 30 days you would be relieved from work

Upskill tie ups are good.

Dislikes

HRs won't cares about you are alive or dead. No help arrives on your need. No one responds if you raise a helpline ticket and wait for eternity. Even if you got good appreciation and award recommendations from client your promotion is based on certifications you pursue which is a reason to provoke your promotion. Salary hike is a joke.

Nagative points: hike and career growth. Why I am saying carrer growth, Managers and Tl have their favourite employees so they choose them first. If you have good performance still they will not look in to this. They choose only their favourite employees. Coming to hike, it's very less.
