We need to take approval for leave from both client and Wipro manager. No promotion. Only one vegetable is available in canteen for all 5 days. No technical maintainance for lifts. Not a single thing in this company make you motivate to work. HR tells you whatever salary we will provide you will have to take at HR round. No negotiation. They offer only 3% salary hike after completing 18 months in the company. 11. One year service Bond is also there for freshers. 12. They make their employee work like a bonded labour. 13. Completely night shift for US processes, but they do not offer any Night Allowances. 14.
