If you are really hardworking, people give you more work and take advantage. This depends on how you manage. I was bad at it and used to work beyond working hours without any compensation. Which is again a learning to me. But as a fresher took it as an opportunity to learn things so didn't feel tough while working but when I think of those time I feel how stupid I was.
Work Details
I worked for couple of small projects and one major project for long term in bigdata technology for a banking domain. It was a great opportunity to work with client facing project and no back shadowing. Was given equal importance in the project as others
