Wipro provides great opportunity to learn and develop each of it's member . People are supporting and helping. Policy and processes are really transparent so each have change to raise his voice in favor or against organization.

Dislikes

In comparison of product based companies Wipro is much behind. Most of the people are not satisfied enough with salary and amount of work. Some times it really becomes a challenge to maintain work life balance

The process of promotion is bit different, it entirely depends on the manager's nomination and now it has changed to role based. So if different parameters are implemented to provide promotion would be great.

1.There is no Birthday/anniversary gift 2.Even DIWALI Bonus & sweets also not offer 3.Not a single Trip arranged 4.Reagarsibg work....If u on bench for longer time then there is LOP.

There is no new learning, no new upskilling. There is complete politics during compny appraisal and promotion,if your are managers chamcha you will definitely getting hike and promotion. There is no work life balance. And after giving your all lifetime hardwork you are getting chillar as a hike ,please leave company if you are getting good hike in othere company...
