I like the Infrastructure and Compensation in Wipro. I like the Interview selection process in Wipro.

Dislikes

I will never recommend Wipro to anyone as I had worst experience within 3 months of joining. They did not allocate the project as per my skills and expertise and they compelled me to accept the project work. I resigned in 3 months.

Likes

Company wise it is good. Medical policy is good.Projects mostly support and development and less implementation projects.

Dislikes

Your fate depends on your project you are assigned to. Less hikes Variable payout less for C1 and above bands. Less or no team lunch/outing

Generally people are good and care for each other. Also the wipro stands out in its pledge to help society at large, it not only business making money.

Dislikes

Like other companies doesn't allow full time work from home, people need to waste time and energy in traffic and end up exhausted when reaching office. Similarly no job security, if you are on bench post 45 days they will fire you.

Team mates and project manager is good and supportive. I have some issues at home medically also 1 year baby but still I am able to manage the work. Its because of the team we have.

Dislikes

The only thing I dislike is we dont have good salary benefits here. Apart from this everything is ok.

No proper projects, need to prove from analyst role level either you are hired for manager role. Old members demotes new joiners and possess to work from basic analyst role to prove long term to be on right place. Waste of skill and knowledge base.

In the perspective of learning, organization gives plenty learning platform accesses to pursue. As per the skill development, there is good scope. Which is the only thing that I like in Wipro.

Job security is one of the alarming situation in Wipro. The irregularities in policy designing and changing the policies. One of the worst situation is processed the Shift allowance and changed the policy later that month and cut off from the salary on the next two months salary (300/ Any shift and 400/night shift) to (250/Any shiftand 400/night shift). In Wipro they won't respect employee feelings if you have project then it's fine otherwise they won't pay you after 90 days they will send you our as a freshman don't join.

You get appreciated for the work you do but that completely depends on how your manager showcase it in upper level.

Dislikes

Even after putting your best managers will only provide some vantage point if they wish to give. Salary hike or bonus is negligible. If you’re in any internal project then forget about any hike.
