Project allocation is bad due to scarcity of projects. Moreover salary hikes and promotion is also bad there. I worked almost for 3 years there, also got awarded quite some time for my good performance, but didn't received any promotion or good salary hike in the form of compensation.

Excessive salary Deductions. 7. 3rd class management, your manager or your senior will release their frustration on whatsapp call, so thatyou can't record it. 8. Plaster of office building starts peeling off during Storms (Noida office) 9. Excessive travelling time of Cabs. Cab Driver will arrive at your place on 3:20 PM and will drop you to the office on 4:20 PM (*If you are working in 5:30 pm to 3:00 am Shift). 10. No annual salary hike. They offer only 3% salary hike after completing 18 months in the company. 11. One year service Bond is also there for freshers. 12. They make their employee work like a bonded labour. 13. Completely night shift for US processes, but they do not offer any Night Allowances. 14. They ask their employees for extra hours login and on weekends as well. 15. 3rd class desktops, they use very old laptops as a CPU for desktop. Also they tie these laptops with the table. 16. They do not provide leaves easily. 17. You have to complete 2 day's work in 1 day if you have taken 1 day leave. 18. Seniors are completely Non-Supportive. 19. Process Training program is completely Junked. They will provide only one time process training and also you have no rights to record the training session. After completing the training, if you ask any doubts during processing something, they will never help you. 20. There is no fixed role. You might get hired in a certain role. But they will make you work on a completely different task. Working overtime is naturally expected out of you. And let alone personal leaves, public holidays might get cancelled the night before without any prior notice.

Work life balance is awesome. Also they provide plenty of ways to upskill yourself. I've got complete gen ai licenses and tools required along with Udemy to learn and try our gen ai which is awesome. Also I think they respect good work and recognize your efforts. I've got 6% hike after couple years of my joining for a rating of 4.

If you are bsc / bca student and want to join WILP then don't join it's a trap and they will push you to work and you will not able to study and salary is also less after completing 5 years i.e. M.tech you don't have any skill and you will stuck. Because they don't let you work on your skill.
