Salary deductions are made a part of the organization that too in a very intelligent way of robbing employees. Unnecessary meetings trainings and useless stuff. I would like to suggest everyone better to look after any other company.

The process of promotion is bit different, it entirely depends on the manager's nomination and now it has changed to role based. So if different parameters are implemented to provide promotion would be great.

Wipro has good training initiatives but lately the quality of the training material and initiatives have dropped down. As a company Wipro should be able to provide Udemy to all it's employee but that is not the case. No work life balance, no appreciation, no career growth. Also managers will not release us from the project as we are low budget scholar trainee. They will provide favours to their family and friends. They will help them to get highlighted in front of clients, even if they are not having any skills. But they are being praised. They are getting good salary, they are getting hybrid policy. But for us no such favours, no hybrid policy for us. We are going office everyday, doing overtime, yet no rating no hikes no praise, because we are not their family or friends. Too much politics, management is too biased. If sometimes work is not being done on time or delayed as an average new joinee, then it does not affect that much.

Dislikes

Poor management of giving training and project allocation because you have to work which is below your skill level and even not your skill. Suppose you mentioned one skill in resume, but you will not get project based on that. Project allocation team forces employees on bench to take any project, even which is not at your skill level.

There was too much politics in my project. Few people in project were misusing their powers and impacting other people appraisal, upliftment. These people who has few power, they have been with Wipro more that one decade and only was able to secure small positions in these long career in one organisation.
