Work culture is nice but then you might face some bad apples and you might have to tackle with them which may not affect you and the basket of golden fruits in the long run. The new-comers should be made more comfortable with the management because then it would make both the ends working together flawlessly. Being honest and transparent works great!

The initial days for me were very struggling. I didn't have the habit of long travel and working for long hours after that. It hampered my performance in the project. I tried and learned hard to get my technical domain of interest and got that finally.
