If you are at a client location then only you can enjoy. Else they will even count the time you spend in the toilet. They have a scheme known as TOFA(Total On Floor Analysis) and you have to be 8:45 hrs inside the ODC excluding lunch break, bio-break, snacks break. If you want to relax and eat food at lunchtime or if you spend more then 5 mins in Washroom, you may have to extend that day to fulfill this TOFA thing....Read More

Dislikes

Useless initiatives like trendNxt. People are forced to appear for exams irrespective of technology they are working on. It is totally waste of time and demotivating as well.

It's irritating. Even if you completed your work, Manager will force you to be on the desk for at least 8:45 hrs.
