I would not recommend this organisation to anyone neither I will rejoin this again in my life. No work ethics, no work life balance, no proper management and even the senior leadership is not supportive. There are 8 peoples who are moved or left the organisation and we did not get provided with any backup which resulted in increasedwork pressure, extending our shifts and it's like an only option like if anyone did not complete their task they have to extend and then complete it....Read More

There is no management in wipro. You cannot identify who is your HR. Only project specific management are there and they ruin employee life.. They didn't take you any leave and public holiday and client holidays. In every steps they interfare and ruin you work balance. No promotion no Increment. Managers are extremely toxic. They don’t care if you are sick or not they just want you to work. HR’s are not there to help employees but to harass employees. I would not recommend anyone to join this organisation
