1. Poor growth and very low hike, delayed promotions. 2. No learning due to purely support projects and low quality work 3. Heavy politics and incompetent management 4. Talented educated skilled people are pushed to sideline by mediocre incompetent people 5. Management keep fooling on the matter of onsite opportunities, appraisals are biased. If sometimes work is not being done on time or delayed as an average new joinee, then it does not affect that much.

Dislikes

Poor management of giving training and project allocation because you have to work which is below your skill level and even not your skill. Suppose you mentioned one skill in resume, but you will not get project based on that. Project allocation team forces employees on bench to take any project, even which is not at your skill level.

The company culture, the people (colleagues and team leads) are good. It doesn't stay the same if you go up the hierarchy. Job security is quite a big factor why everyone is sticking here.

You need to work for atleast 1.5 years (18 months) to get promoted. They pay the least in the market and the increment in salary doens't even beat inflation. Even if you work very hard for the non sensical data points, they will drive you insane by the time you come to realise that you've lost a part of yourself. 0 Work satisfaction. Mostly filled up with non-ambitious people who do not have any intention or interest in making any considerable change in the society or the world.
