Work life balance. Empathy from HR always lacks. Out my total work experience I could never get any reply from HR. Even at resignation no HR came up in front. I have to go and ask about my lwd formalities. The WIPRO which I heard when I was a kid is different from what I have seen.

Overall benefits are good. Vantage points are very useful.

Dislikes

Client location (ICICI BANK) of thane is horrible and also the managers are very biased based on religion. Also no work flexibility is given to people travelling from very far nor travel allowances are given. Also the Vantage points are distributed among the favourites of managers or goes into their own pocket.

Hybrid work policy, support from leads and managers will be good. Support from team-mats will be great.

There are less projects, if you are out if project there will be only 45 days to move to next project, or you will be put under LoP

They didn't take you any leave and public holiday and client holidays. In every steps they interfare and ruin you work balance. No promotion no Increment.
