I think it is a place where I could learn a lot and enjoy many challenges and opportunities for growth.l also appreciate that wipro belives its employees are its most important asset. it seems to have a great corporate culture, where employees are treated like family.

Overall Wipro is agreat company to work and grow .There is a scope of improvement in wipro management as how they treat , recognise their employes .they can be Pro active rather being reactive . I had difficult time in getting the right project allocated
