I loved the work culture, enviornment and people who are working there. The management was amazing. My managers and colleagues were just amazing and my team was a like a family to me.

There's only thing that can be better in my opinion and that's the salary. They could do better with the pay

Campus, they don’t give mouse, headphone, too slow system, unprofessionalism, language and manners issue, no skill development, wrong teachings, no employee engagement, salary is the worst. hR lies while joining and changes things at the last minute.

Everything related to HR is automated where there is no need for emails instead it is replaced with apps which makes easy to get things done.

Dislikes

No benefits for employees from organization end. Even broadband claims are not allowed, medical insurance is deducted from salary. No clarity on when you will get hike and what percentage. Variable pay is like nightmare where you will not understand the logic and rarely you get 100%. Overall it is clients friendly organization and not employee friendly organization.

Pathetic management, no one knows who is the HR. At the time of resignation you can contact HR otherwise you can able to see the name only. Work pressure and no support from managers.

Management is very bias and they only promote employees those are on their favour. Worst micro management. They didn’t allow you to take breaks. And expect to work 24/7. And they put you on Bench whenever manager decides. Increments given to only favourites employees.

Transport Facility Friend Circle, bcs everyone facing same situations.

Politics, no growth for working peoples, need to have politics person or have to be a spy. Work culture and management is very bad. Too toxic culture. No experience certificate. Only they provide relief letter after resign, which have mentioned as only the joining and releasing date. No personal life. Zero GROWTH Everything is bad.Employee with 4 yrs experience still doing same work or project shift, but a spy or connected insider person get promoted every year with incriment. Person with other backgrounds with zero knowledge managing the medical device cases, results huge amount of wrong entry of cases. Too toxic condition. You will be governed by most of the non medical management if you are going to join medical field in Wipro. Have to work like labour. No leaves in holiday. Worst bench policy. They dont give promotion and hike and if you will ask they will put you on bench saying project budget issue. Only 45 days paid bench period and then complete loss of pay.
